JEREMY LINCOLN

PRINCIPAL

Mr. Lincoln is the founder and principal of IKON Partners. Most notably, Mr. Lincoln spent 10 years in the NFL, first drafted in 1992 by the Chicago Bears, where he spent his first five years in the league. Mr. Lincoln then went on to play for the Seattle Seahawks, New York Giants and Detroit Lions, where he retired in 2001.

Since playing in the NFL, Mr. Lincoln held a management position with Legacy Growth Partners (LGP), a company who introduced athletes to successful business opportunities. Prior experience also includes working as an Associate at CB Richard Ellis, concentrating on both tenant and owner representation in New York City.

Honors include:

University of Tennessee “Living Legend” Honor, 1992 third round selection of the Chicago Bears (NFL football player for 10 years). Mr. Lincoln has his own foundation, the Jeremy Lincoln Foundation, which services the communities of Toledo, Ohio and Miami, Florida.

RAYMOND J. ZOMERFELD

Raymond J. Zomerfeld is a partner of Zomma Group, LLP. Ray has been a practicing accountant for over 30 years.

Ray is Office Managing Partner and heads the tax and accounting group in the Miami\Coral Gables office of the firm. He works with high net worth and high-income producing individuals to mitigate their tax liabilities thru various strategies.

Ray also works in the areas of litigation support, insurance casualty, and economic loss. As a Certified Valuation Analyst, he is highly regarded in matters of business valuation, litigation and windstorm, fire, and economic casualty loss.

Ray serves as a member of the Executive Committee of the University of Miami Citizens Board. He is a former Chair of the City of Coral Gables Economic Development Board and former member of the Florida Bar Grievance Committee. Ray has also served as President of the board of directors for the Riviera Country Club and South Florida Golf Foundation.

Prior to creating Zomma Group, LLP, Ray was a founding partner of Vizcaino Zomerfeld, LLP.
